RETURN POLICY - International Orders

There are no returns allowed for International orders, please contact your country's EYE BATTER Lashes distributor. All sales are final. You are advised to investigate your country's rules and regulations regarding the products you are interested in purchasing before placing your order. EYE BATTER Lashes will not be responsible for any difficulties encountered with the importation of our products.

EYE BATTER Lashes Privacy Policy

When you place an order with EYE BATTER Lashes, we ask your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your e-mail address. We consider this information private. The information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you. .

We appreciate your order and Thank you! There are NO REFUNDS for purchases.
PRODUCT CREDIT or EXCHANGE is available for items returned within 2 weeks of delivered date. Any used, damaged, or opened items will not be accepted for a return. All training kits are final sale.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within a few business days of receiving your order. Normal delivery and transit time is up to 7-10 business days, with the exception of any customs processing for international shipments.

We will do our best to notify you in a timely manner of any out of stock items, or if there is a delayed processing of your order, along with an estimated time of arrival for back orders.

International Orders

Shipping international can take up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. All customs information, laws & regulations regarding shipping goods is the responsibility of the client. Please check your local customs for the most current information. Any brokerage fees, customs tax & duties are the responsibility of the client. Any returned shipments due to failure of paying duties or taxes, or due to lack of paperwork necessary to release shipment from customs is the responsibility of the client. UPS will discard packages not claimed from customs within 3 weeks. Any unclaimed packages are not the responsibility of EYE BATTER.
